Refund Policy

At Entire Travels, we are committed to providing exceptional travel services. Due to the nature of our business, we maintain a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made after 24 hours but before 72 hours of the travel date, a partial refund may be granted, subject to supplier policies. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of travel. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. However, services such as flights and hotel bookings may follow different refund policies set by the service provider.

Failure to check in or show up for a scheduled booking will result in no refund and a full charge. Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or airline strikes, Entire Travels is not responsible for cancellations or delays. Refunds in such cases depend on third-party service providers.

Certain services, including special tours, customized packages, and promotional bookings, may have separate cancellation policies, and customers should review these before booking. Refunds will generally be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise stated. In some cases, travel credits may be offered instead of a monetary refund.
